Who and where Doctor

We live in village ,We also man look live without social crime.Like false Dr. Treatment .It,s true maximum people in our country do not know about Doctor. Like this-When we go to Hospital maximum people say that Dr. see my patient I treat my son/other a good Doctor but no improvement, Actually good doctor mean village Doctor ,who do not know treatment and no knowledge about Drug -Action and reaction.and he/she did not know about treatment.Our mentality like this.We thought village Doctor is better then a qualified doctor.
